Scot Erickson and Traci Kromenaker opened Falls Baking Company in August 2005 with a goal of selling around 70 loaves of bread a day.  Thanks to our great customers from Fergus Falls and the surrounding areas, we are now selling between 250 and 500 loaves a day! In addition to our store, we provide area restaurants with our delicious bread, deliver to other businesses in town, and ship to stores and cafes throughout the region.

Scot Erickson has been a baker since November 2000.  He attended the San Francisco Baking Institute – one of the highest regarded bread baking schools in the country. He has developed many bread formulas for Falls Baking Company, and he continues to expand his glutenous repertoire by adding exciting new breads every once in a while!

Traci Kromenaker is a business aficionado. She has tirelessly nurtured Falls Baking Company for the past 16 years by developing highly coveted local business relations, creating new recipes for the baked goods department, hiring and supervising employees, and keeping the whole operation organized by alphabetizing many things.

Together, Scot and Traci have built a Fergus Falls fixture and provided the community with not only exceptional bread, but an establishment of class amongst the rural expanse.
